1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products purchased on clearance sale (unless defective).
  • Any item that shows signs of wear or misuse.

3. Process for Returns

  2. Share your order details and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return the product using a secure courier service. (Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.)

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit (as agreed).
  • Cash refunds are not available for COD orders; customers can opt for store credit or exchange.

5. Exchanges
